What they don’t see your warm embrace that makes me feel so safe, the sparkle in my eyes, they dont see as I stand on my tip toes to feel all your curves as they press against my body. Oh my mistake that is what they see, with the music you write.
Your love drape me as Ferragamo on Jennifer Lopez, Gucci on Mary J Bliege and Jimmy Choo shoes on Eva Pigford. You spoon my size 5 slender shape, I yearn for your sweat that divides our body, the sweat that fall from your inner thighs as I lay between enjoying the inviting aroma and then the sweet nectar that has me living the lyrics.
Do they hear the music you write when I ask a question that only requires one word, but I live the lyrics. Do they hear the music you write when I disagree and live the lyric of rage. I hear her music, I dance to her music and I live the lyrics. At the end of the song my body is tensed, my head has the ownership called migraine. My lyrics tip toe, they make sure the tongue only speak what's agreeable and many thoughts stay silent.
What they don’t see is the rough draft only the warm embrace, the sparkles in my eyes when the crowd says lights, camera, action. They don’t see the lyrics I live.
It's her music that I love, so deep within her songs she's loving, caring and loveable. I have hopes that I will be that record deal that breaks the music she writes and the lyrics I live.
